Samtastic products are digital. There are no physical shipments, parcel tracking, or physical item exchanges.
Scope
This policy applies to digital software products, subscriptions, and online services offered under the Samtastic brand.
Delivery
- Access is provided digitally via app store or payment confirmation
- No courier or warehouse shipment is involved
- Order confirmations and entitlement updates are delivered digitally
Delivery Issues
If access is not provisioned after a successful charge, contact support with purchase details. We will verify payment status with the relevant platform or processor.
Exchange
Physical returns and exchanges are not applicable. For digital billing outcomes, refer to the Refunds and Cancellations policy.
Taxes and Fees
Applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges are determined by the billing platform or processor and shown in the relevant checkout flow.
