Refunds and cancellations are handled by the same platform or processor where the purchase was made.
Scope and General Rule
This policy applies to digital products and services under Samtastic. Refund eligibility, cancellation windows, and processing timelines are primarily controlled by the store or processor used at checkout.
If you purchased via Google Play
- Use the Google Play refund and cancellation flow for the purchase
- Subscription controls are managed from your Google account
- If Google issues a refund, access and entitlements may be revoked
If you purchased via another processor
- Use the processor flow used at purchase time to request refunds
- Processor timelines depend on payment method and issuer
- Samtastic may change payment processors over time
Cancellation Effect
- Cancellation typically stops future billing, while access may continue until the current paid period ends
- Where a refund is granted, relevant entitlements may be revoked immediately
Refund Exclusions
- Requests outside platform-defined windows may be rejected
- Abuse, fraud, and repeated misuse of refund workflows may be denied
- Non-refundable charges may apply where platform terms specify so

For purchase guidance, contact support@samtastic.in within 5 business days of purchase. Final refund execution remains with the payment platform or processor.

General notes
- Applicable consumer laws and mandatory cooling-off windows are respected
- Accidental purchases should be raised on the originating platform first
